The Killers have begun 2009 with a bang, and are ready to continue their power move of stardom by announcing that they're headlining the Saturday bill of this year's Coachellea Festival. In addition, The Killer's newest single, "Spaceman", is tearing up the alternative radio charts, and what does that mean in the music industry? Time for a video!

2009 is already shaping up to be one hell of a year for The Killers, who will be headlining the Saturday bill (April 18th) at this year’s Coachella Festival. With incredible past headlining sets at Glastonbury, V Festival, the Reading/Leeds Festival and others across the UK and Europe, The Killers are sure to deliver one of the most talked-about performances of the year at Coachella.
Additionally, the band’s newest single, “Spaceman,” is heating up the Alternative Radio charts, with a wildly psychedelic video to go with it. Directed by Ray Tintori, who has previously shot videos for MGMT, the “Spaceman” video is a blindingly colorful, desert-born hallucination, not unlike the story in the song itself. Lastly, The Killers are touring the globe in support of their acclaimed third album, Day & Age, and have been giving some of the most incendiary performances of their career.
